In order to support and carry out the activities of the association, commissions are created:

Commission 1 - Organization and management of seminars, training and mentoring

She is responsible for managing training, seminars, workshops,
and mentoring activities for members and beneficiaries of the
association.

Commission 2 - Innovation and Entrepreneurship

It supports the development of innovative projects and entrepreneurship. The commission assists project leaders in creating businesses and, if necessary, provides personalized support to stimulate creativity and innovation.

Commission 3 - Events and Activities

She organizes internal and external events such as conferences, seminars and competitions. She also takes care of the logistical coordination and management of resources necessary for the success of the activities.

Commission 4 - Relations and Partnerships

It is responsible for developing and managing relationships with institutional, educational, industrial and other stakeholder partners. The commission actively identifies and seeks local and international partnerships to strengthen the association's impact.

Commission 5 - Communication and Technology

She develops marketing and communication strategies, both digital and physical, to increase the association's visibility. She also manages technological platforms and information tools, ensuring smooth and effective communication.

Commission 6 - Research and Investments

It conducts studies and research to identify and implement investment projects. The commission develops strategic plans to ensure the financing and sustainability of projects undertaken by the association.
